Method 1 : Run DISM commands.

I am not sure what you lot mean by asking if I was able to copy and paste photos in the arrangement from my camera. You would have to explain that further; I have no idea what you lot hateful.
I am adding two screen prints of what happens. In the first screen, it asks me where I want to get the pictures from. H is the drive for my camera so I click on that.
In the second picture show, Information technology shows some pictures on the bottom that have already been downloaded (before this problem started) and the ones on the top are the ones I am trying to import from my camera. But as you lot see, there is no push to click on to import them. You accept to close the screen; there is nowhere to go from hither.

No, I had not fabricated any changes to my computer. All the same, when I went to settings in Microsoft Photos and tried to requite my feedback; I discovered I am not the only one with this problem; several other people reported it too.
The Microsoft tech I spoke to today did a sfc scan for ages and information technology came back equally naught wrong with my computer. He even uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft Photos and of class I rebooted. It yet is the same.
It is like this on a friend's reckoner also, totally dissimilar make than mine.
I will have a closer look at your instructions tomorrow morning when I am fresher in the brain. Thank you so much; volition permit you know if anything helps. I take come to the conclusion that the program has a glitch in information technology, which was suggested to me past Microsoft techs; not sure but I will effort what you suggest.

Give thanks you lot so much for this data; I am going to copy and paste it into an electronic mail to myself for future reference.
The problem merely fixed itself i 24-hour interval, or mayhap Microsoft fixed the program, not certain but information technology is working fine now.

This isn't a solution to your problem; it's a workaround, but I really prefer doing it this way:
Instead of doing what you are trying, remove the media carte from the camera and insert information technology into the card reader slot on the computer, if you take a reader slot. If you don't accept a card reader slot, yous tin can buy a USB menu reader for effectually $2 U.s.a. on Amazon.com. And so just copy and paste or elevate and drop from the card reader to wherever you want to put the pictures on your hard drive.
